What is "The Fiery Way" in the system of Astrology? Fiery Way is from the ancient understanding of astrology. It is a 30-degree sector of the Zodiac having particular qualities which set it apart from the rest of the wheel of the sky. In this zone, the degrees of Libra 15deg. to Scorpio 15deg. are covered. Fiery Way is a translation from the original Latin language, "Via Combusta".
What happens in the Fiery Way, stays in the Fiery Way. (jk) This is purported to be a zone of the sky/space which is filled with a different type of energy field. There is probably an extremely high radiation factor. Where could the radiation be originating from? Some of the ancient knowledge refers to the cosmology that there are sections of the Milkyy Way which have incredibly energized stars or other celestial bodies. In the practice of astrology, the Fiery Way is known to be a dangerous zone and anything which passes through there, will have the energetic effect of the ominous and fateful sort. The danger zone is known to generally intensify everything. Intense is the key word. The influence of Fire, tends to ignite all it touches or all that pass through its dominion.
Mars in particular is well-suited to the Fiery Way. Or some would say, it is ill-suited because it is the intensification of an already intense planet! It all depends upon whether the nativity and the individual can handle it. What are their other planetary and house placements?
In natal charts, Venus tends to not do very well in the Fiery Way, especially for the charts of women. Why is that? These native can become too fiery. Unless that is what you like!
