Example of Astrological analysis of Transits

Here is an example of my train of thought, when I am doing astrological analysis: a couple days ago, I did a lot of family activities.  We were doing outdoor recreation, which really presented an opportunity to overexert myself.  That is what I did, I pushed myself and overdid it!  The end result was extreme pain.  My symptoms were exhaustion, fatigue, aches, pains, as in chest pain, heart pains, definitely muscular aching and soreness.
After it I was experiencing this miserable night and trying to figure out why, why would this happen?  In my chart, I looked up transits for the day.  I found the possible culprit:  the transiting Sun had come to SQUARE my natal Saturn.  That could do it.  But also there was another issue:  transiting Jupiter was QUINCUNX my natal Sun. 
I did look up transits to my primary progressions, which I do analyze, for additional confirmation.  The indications in the progressions should very well confirm the indications in the transit reading.  The connections between them will provide confirmation.

Nibiru system exoplanets real?

There are experiences being felt on the Earth, but sometimes I cannot find an astrological indication of the cause.  What should I conclude?  That astrology is flawed?  That I do not know how to do astrology?  All of these ideas cross my mind quickly (as a Gemini, with Mercury in sidereal Gemini and Square to Saturn).

But another plausible explanation is the exo-planets or the esoteric planets which are only known through speculation and conspiracy.  The Nibiru system of planets could be exerting an influence!  Shall we explore Nibiru, Marduk, Planet X???
